Returns and Refunds Policy

At DAVID TEGS, your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our Returns and Refunds Policy is here to help.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include products marked as final sale or clearance and personalized or custom-made items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@davidtegs.com and provide your order number, the item or items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges are offered only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, such as receiving the wrong size or color. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@davidtegs.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
